Matthew 27:57-60

And when it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who himself had also become a disciple of Jesus. This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate ordered it to be given over to him. And Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock; and he rolled a large stone against the entrance of the tomb and went away.


Colossians 2:11-12

In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the sinful nature, ..... having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead. (NIV)


2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.


Ezekiel 36:26-27

"Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances. "


Ephesians 4:22-24

the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.
