You Have Died to Sin
.... "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? ..... the one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit with Him.
For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. ..... Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry.
"I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me .....
No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
