Luke 12:47-48

And from everyone who has been given much shall much be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more. "

Galatians 2:6

But from those who were of high reputation (what they were makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality)-- well, those who were of reputation contributed nothing to me.


James 1:22-24

But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves.
